Over a month and half trying to get a refill meds
I used to love this practice when Dr. McGrath and Melissa Adams were there. BUT now they have only one provider who is so over-worked that I have tried for well over a month and a half to get medication refilled. I have left a ridiculous number of messages. Usually no one calls me back, and the few times that someone did it was still to no avail. If you want timely response to your care concerns, please go elsewhere. I even tried to find a corporate number to try to complain and find a resolution, but to no avail. This organization is awful. Note - I rarely post reviews and I really try to have grace with stuff like this (I am a RN in a busy clinic) but this is horrible customer service and horrible patient care.

Does not respect patient time
First appointment of the day at 8 am. When they confirm they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early. Doors open after 8 and then we are still in the waiting room at 8:45. They expect you to wait for how long? I’ve been here 1 hour already and who knows for how much longer??? If a patient is late they will charge you for a missed appointment. But if they are late, then what? As if our time is not valuable. Patients are already missing work, school, etc. for the first appointment of the day this is unacceptable. We are leaving without being seen after being here over an hour.
