Incredible practice
This office provides efficient, friendly and skilled service to their patients. I have been a patient of Dr English since the beginning of the year. She is knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner, as does her back office nurse. While my foot issue will take a bit to improve, I felt immediate relief when I started the treatment she offered. This office is best-practice quality. Thank you for your service.

I have had problems with the start the surgeon in her staff since surgery on Friday it took me until Tuesday to get any medical equipment that I needed and she would only give me one then after the doctor called me because the review I left on Google and tried to explain everything I felt assured that we had came to an agreement that things were just kind of misplaced or you know misunderstood and that you know we was going to go forward with a better attitude well before I can get home Rusty the coordinator who had been rude to me all along had called and left a very rude message I do not understand this doctor and her staff and what the deal is and how rude they are and but I wouldn't recommend this doctor or her staff for anything but now my husband's had surgery we are stuck with this and hopefully things won't go bad but I do not have confidence in the staff or this doctor at this point because if she can't control her staff no better than this what else can she not control

Excellent foot care for six years
They’ve trimmed my nails and cured painful callouses and ingrown nails on both feet. They surgically corrected my wife’s painful Achilles heal and hammer toes. I highly recommend Dr. Courtney Glenn and Gemma English as very professional physicians.

Incompetent Surgeon
My experience with these doctors have been the worst medical nightmare of my life! Do not deserve 1 star. I went in for a bunion and hammer toe which I knew would require surgery. Dr. Glenn operated on my foot exactly one year ago and I have not had a shoe on my foot since, have had 3 additional surgeries to correct what she did. Everything she did to my foot and all the hardware she put in my foot had to be removed and the surgery redone by a qualified and competent surgeon because every screw and plate in my foot plus the artificial joint she put in my second toe was not installed properly. She removed so much bone from my foot that it took a 7 mm total bone graft to go back in my foot which was space under her plate which obviously prevented the bone from fusing back together and it took 4 months before I was able to have second surgery and now the bone is still not fused a year later and I am facing a fifth surgery. I have never seen the surgeon again since the day of surgery.

I won’t go anywhere else
Everything about this practice deserves 10 stars. From the minute you walk into the office, through the entire visit and walk back out, you’re treated with respect and concern for what you’re there for. The visits have never felt rushed, everything explained in layman’s terms and all questions answered. Never have I felt like a ‘patient’, but being cared for by a friend.

Apppointment Fiasco
At first, I was very impressed with the care I received from the doctors. I made an appointment for a follow-up and they didn't have it listed. I was told to make an appointment. I found my email with the appointment that I had made and showed it to them. They said there must have been a glitch in the system and could not fit me in since they were slammed. No apology at all. Now I am looking for a new doctor.
