Office staff was friendly and courteous and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. English treated my toe and my issue was resolved within the time frame we discussed.

This was my first-ever visit to a Podiatrist. The office staff was very nice and professional. I was called back for X-rays at the scheduled time for my visit (I actually got there a little early). Dr. English listened to my issue and provided me with a plan to correct the issue. I highly recommend Dr. English.

Dr English is more than ‘just a Dr’. She actually listens to your concerns, she HEARS you, explains everything so a ‘regular person’ can understand and respects you. The visits never feel rushed and you don’t leave with more questions than answers. I don’t have a lot of confidence in the medical field, but I trust Dr English and have no doubt she actually cares for her patients! Ten stars for sure!

EXTREMELY lucky that I found Dr. English for a second opinion as she discovered a mass in my toe that was causing serious problems and had been overlooked by my previous doctor, despite several appointments. She took me through the diagnosis, rational and surgery process, answering all my questions/concerns. Her team is just terrific. Dr. English changed my life!! 3 years ago she was an intern in Jacksonville, Florida. She noticed my left foot was swollen, red and feverish. She asked for an Xray to check for a debilitating disease known as Charcot foot. (Google it) I wound up in a crow handler boot for 2 years. My foot is completely healed now, no more boot!! Not to mention her baby was born on my birthday, like I told her!! LOL Thank you Gemma

Dr. English is very thorough. Upon examining my foot, she explained my foot condition and discussed what the best treatment would be. I elected to have surgery to correct the problem with my foot and I am very pleased with the outcome. Everyone at Chateau Foot and Ankle Center was very kind, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. English and Chateau Foot and Ankle!
