Disorganized beyond belief
I made an appointment with their online portal, which included putting in my insurance. Just before my appointment, they told me that the provider doesn't take my insurance. They rescheduled me WEEKS later with someone else, only to send me another message the day before my appointment that, surprise, this provider doesn't take my insurance either. Now I've wasted several weeks without getting care for my problem. I give up. How can I trust this place if they can't get the basics rights?

Very unprofessional! They call me to cancel the appointment one day before the appointment date, after I waited for like 6 weeks to bring my son. This is ridiculous! Unfortunately there is not an option to rate you "0" starts. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I had two separate appointments within the last two weeks which were cancelled without notification leaving me to take off work, drive to the appointment, and find the office closed. Both at the office in Dacula. The first was because the air conditioning was broken. The second was because someone had a baby. Someone had a baby are you kidding me??? The entire office was shut down because someone had a baby? Leaving all of the patients to fend for themselves, drive up there, again, to an empty office. When I called they had the nerve to ask me if I'd like to schedule another appointment. Cruel joke. I am done. What kind of organization would think this is acceptable/responsible to their patients?
