Listens to my concerns and answers all questions I may have about skin issues. She has been my doctor over 10 years and I have referred her to family and friends.

It was my first appointment and from the front desk to the Doctor visit they made me feel welcome and relaxed. It was a great experience

Time of waiting in the waiting room was short and fast. Waiting for the doctor was also a short.

Dr. Langer is not only thorough and compassionate, but she does not rush the time spent with a patient. I was very impressed with the interest she took in another problem that was not dermatology related and her willingness to help.

Dr. Langer and her team work well together and seem to enjoy being able to help their patients. She's easy to talk to and doesn't seem rushed or distracted. All the staff, front and back office, are kind and professional.

My teenage son just switched from a dermatologist he has seen for over a year. Dr. Langer immediately connected with him and made him comfortable and confident in treatment options for his acne. She answered all of our questions and explained everything simply and effectively. Highly recommend!

Dr. Langer was polite, but she carelessly misdiagnosed me. From visual inspection of my skin (without collecting any samples for testing) she told me I had an STI. When I questioned how I could have been exposed, her nurse told me I had to have gotten it from my husband and there must be something he is not telling me (Dr. Langer causally rushed out of the room while her nurse said this to me, as if it were nothing significant). I went immediately to an OBGYN who told me my symptoms looked nothing like an STI. She tested me and the test came back negative. I will not go back to Dr. Langer.

Dr. Langer was very diligent in explaining my problem and the procedure needed to be taken to resolve it. She was very understanding and readily put my mind at ease.

My appointment went well. It was pretty much on time and the doctor saw me quickly. She was able to help give me relief by draining the nodule I had. The issue for me was the staff afterwards. They failed to call in my prescription. I even called back before they closed and was told it would be done by the end of the day. It wasn’t. I missed my first dose of antibiotics because of it. I had to call back the next morning and the nurse told me it was never sent but was sending. I’m hoping it is done this time or I will have to drive back to ensure it is done. Very disappointed with this and it soured the experience for me.

Dr Langer is conscientious and caring. She takes her time and answers all questions. A great sense of humor, too!

Wait time was average. Dr. Langer is very professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. Staff did a great job as well.
