Gwinnett General Medicine

I’m not a patient, but my husband is. He like Dr. Gary, but the front office, accounting dept…September 16, 2024, my husband went to Gwinnett General Medicine in excruciating pain. The lady at the front desk told him that he had an outstanding bill, and that he needed to pay it in order to be seen by Dr. Gary. My husband called me on my cell and asked if I paid the bill. I informed my husband that the bill was paid, and he said that the lady at the front said it wasn't paid. Proof was shown in office, but she wouldn’t receive it as proof. I FREAKIN LOST IT! This is the second time they have accused us of nonpayment. The first incident where we were accused of non-payment and harassed by this medical office ALL CAME FLOODING BACK... My husband was in such pain that he paid the bill again in order to be seen.I’ve sent a copy of the check that was sent, received, endorsed and deposited by Gwinnett General Medicine & other proofs of payment.This should not have happened!!!
