Needs new Staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey for over 25 years. I'm now ready to find a new Doctor because of his staff issues. They almost never answer the phone and it is almost impossible to get a prescription refill. It is not important to them and I usually run out of my medicine. I hope I can find a better doctor because Dr. Harvey is aware of these staffing issues but for some reason he does nothing to address them.
