Needs new staff
Almost never answer phone and impossible to get prescription refills resulting in running out of medicine. I like Dr. Harvey as my doctor but he is aware of these issues and does not address them. It's like he has a bunch of children working for him.

I took a set of X-rays one month ago and I am still waiting for the results. I was prescribed a muscle relaxant and an anti inflammatory med. Meanwhile I am still in pain. Originally I thought that I had found my new medical home. However they don’t have MyChart and communication with the medical provider sucks. Now I just want my X-ray results in order to take to another provider. I am very disappointed with this doctor’s office

I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for years now - He actually sits and talks to his patients and we are not just a number. He is very compassionate and caring and truly cares for his patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Harvey to anyone.

Dr Harvey is a kind and knowledgeable Doctor. I have been seeing him for a couple of years, and I will continue to have him as my primary physician. I don't have too long of a wait. He truly cares about his patients.
