I had a bad experience with them all around. I started out with one N.P. and she left, I talked to Dr Samuels twice, and Dr Sheroff twice, and got a different N.P. when I was suffering with anxiety really bad to where I was physically sick, in and out of the hospital, I couldn't get anyone to call me so I reached out to my PCP who helped and also referred me to another psychiatrist. I wouldn't suggest anyone who has anxiety issues to go there. Or for anything. I've seen many psychiatrists in my lifetime, and this is the FIRST TIME I've gone to a Dr. who wouldn't help me.

Don’t return phone calls, can’t ever get anyone on the phone, they lie and tell you something will be handled and it never happens. Find another practice, it’s truly not worth it to start here. You’ll be sorry

Office intentionally makes people miss appointments so they can charge for missed appointments They set “fake” appointments in system because they don’t have schedules completed. They NEVER return phone calls. My card was stolen after giving it to them over the phone. They are truly HORRIBLE! My daughter was on the phone with them trying to get a live person because provider no showed her zoom appt, they still charged her for the missed appointment. They ARE HORRIBLE to deal with.

Was so excited to finally get help i need so desperately! Told me they take my insurgence and I gave them my info to have my first appointment. Minutes before my follow up they cancel my appointment and tell me I owe them over $300!! Apparently they DON'T take my insurance even though they verbally said they did over the phone and even looked it over with me. I literally cannot pay this off! They don't care. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They are unreliable and untrustworthy. Their mistakes will cost you everything.

I would not recommend at ALL! The doctors are okay but their staff and the girls in the office taking appointments are very rude, unprofessional, and will hang up on you mid sentence! I will be switching soon! Please don’t use the people! It’s a battle with them every month to get them to do their job or have common public Courtesy. I would highly suggest asking for someone other than the young woman in the front office named kayla. I was hung up on today when trying to ask a simple question that should have been able to be answered! Unprofessional!!
