Staff Member not Dr himself
NOT about Dr Samuels but one of his neglectful staff members. I wish somebody from this neglectful place would email me back providing an actual answer as to how I was dismissed due to “medication non compliance” instead of just completely ignoring me.I’ve asked and asked for the woman that dismissed me to email me an explanation and I have gotten NOTHING because she knows what she did is absolutely wrong. Someone’s MENTAL HEALTH is at stake, someone’s MENTAL HEALTH is not something you don’t just throw out over surgery medication, y’all expect me to get BOTH ovaries and BOTH tubes REMOVED, tear my stitches twice within 48 hours and just pop an ibuprofen and go on with life? That place is an absolute JOKE for people fighting mental health issues and fighting for a way out of their own head EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Shady Billing Practices
After being a patient for 7 years, his office attempted to bill me twice during my most recent visit. After my appointment they wanted an extra $30 for a drug test that can be purchased from amazon for $8. I have never had to take a drug test before at this office. They refused to bill it through the insurance and told me that I wouldn't receive a prescription if I didn't take the test.

Dr Samuels is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been his patient for 3 years for bipolar disorder. He is very accommodating with appointments and offers te!emedicine for patients who must travel long distances.He is up to dat on current treatments. He and his staff have been great and help me so much. I highly recommend Dr Samuels!

Will not be going back!I expressed to the counselor that I have trust issues basically she said that if I keep on he’ll cheat on meand she was justifying it.We went for marriage counseling not a divorce

I have been a patient of Dr Samuels for over 3 years. I have been to other doctors before and I think he is by far the best psychiatrist I have had. I feel very comfortable with him and feel he is very knowledgeable both as a counselor and of the medicine he prescribes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Samuels for over 11 years now. He is a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing depression, anxiety, etc. He has made a tremendous difference in my life. He is not one to push pills as the only solutions to problems, but prescribes medication carefully and appropriately.
