Urological Associates PC

I chose Urological Associates based on the positive reviews. My actual experience with them was extremely disappointing. My personal Dr. had to send them my records twice. My appointment was booked over 40 days in advance with a Dr. of my choice after reading the reviews. Arrival and check in went fine. When I was taken to see the Dr. the nurse shared that I would be seeing Dr. (leaving name blank). When I shared with her that my appointment was book with a different Dr. she shared today I would see this Dr. and could rebook if I wanted. No reasoning or apology given. The new assigned Dr. walked into the room with no clue why I was there and didn't have my records. After explaining to him why I was there you could tell he was very disappointed in not having any records to review. As a patient seeking a second opinion directed by my Dr. it was very disheartening / concerning knowing my file and scans were never reviewed by anyone.
