What stood out was that I was not listened to or taken seriously but I’ve had that problem at Genesis for years. Instead of finding out for sure that my monthly UTIs after my period weren’t related even though I had an abnormal Pap smear. Hormones can affect the kidneys. He didn’t listen and seemed to assume that I wanted some thing for pain when I only called because the ER told me I couldn’t pass a stone that size. He was nice! Didn’t really listen and rushed me out telling me I just needed to strengthen my pelvic floor. Even though the incontinence comes and goes. A waste of time and it makes it harder to want to find answers when specialists don’t listen and don’t take you seriously. I’m sad I have to change to an entirely different medical system because of Genesis visits like this.

Dr. Lightfoot came highly recommended to me for my prostate surgery. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful of my concerns. My surgery could not have gone better and I would highly recommend him.
