Established patient for multiple years. Quality of service has diminished considerably. No one answers the phone on any day, after long waits on hold. No response to messages left. An appt. was made without our knowledge or input. Then they would only schedule us six months out, even though we were in need of help. Pharmacy requests for RX refill not responded to. In the past, I’ve been told that the doctor works limited hours. Does she continue to take on new patients while not responding to current ones? I have learned that two many layers of employees between the patient and the doctor has caused St. Lukes neurology to degrade a great deal in patient care. I do not recommend St. Lukes.
