Went there for a few years. Really liked it then they kept making changes that made things impossible. Rude and uncaring.

Horrible place
Rude staff, refusing to send elderly parents records to new doctors, FNP Long lies and claims to be a doctor. I went there years ago and I’m so thankful I found a better group of professionals. Unbelievable.

I have been seeing Dr. Arlie Esau and other Doctors, when he is not available, for almost 20 years. During that time, I have recommended Hayden Lake Family Physicians to family and friends who have expressed to me their satisfaction with services received. Has their service always been perfect? No. But, who has ever been perfect? However, if your looking for folks that are always striving to give you the best service they can, I highly recommend Dr. Arlie Esau and all the fine folks at Hayden Lake Family Physicians.
