Routine Follow up.

This was my first time to have an appointment with the newest PA, Carrie. She listened to my issues, explained her approach and made some good suggestions.

After 2 years of trying to find a primary care physician in another medical group, I found Dr Bremer and Urbancare. Very happy that I did! Dr Bremer is wonderful, great bedside manner.

Dr. Bremer addressed all my concerns regarding my recent fall, getting a Doppler (ultrasound) for possible blood clots, and she ordered the results to be STAT, just in case there was a life threatening result. She thought of things I didn’t, like checking a current blood sample in view of the fact she thought I may have lost a pint of blood to Internal bleeding. She also assessed my legs for cellulitis, and ordered an antibiotic. She was so proactive, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am beyond myself with this office and ready to file some serious complaints cause I know where to direct them! They have a complete mess in their office and who ever is putting your information in must be sleeping or out to lunch. I have NEVER EVER had AETNA and yet Quest diagnostic is sending me bills for over 2000 dollars and keep telling me that this office gave them AETNA. This is a nightmare trying to fix for whoever messed this up. I have been trying to fix this for a while now. Yet whenever I was in their office they got paid by my actual insurance company what is going on in this place? I came in two times to pay my bill and was told they cannot accept it and last time they said they sent me to collections yet I sent a check and guess what they cashed it no problem. Wouldn’t it have been easier to just take the check the first time or even the second time instead of having me send it? I am soo upset with these Quest bills that if they do not fix their mistake.

Dr Stein and Sandy are so nice, a good team, great care providers.

Everyone you have contact with from those in scheduling and the nurse’s aids to Dr. Urban and Linda, all take time and genuinely care about their patients.

I have a had good experiences every time over a 6 year period. Dr. Nikoleit is a good listener and gives common sense feedback. I do not feel rushed. Appointments seem to be scheduled so that there is very little wait time.

Friendly staff. Dr Cronin took time to listen and explain things to me. Didn't rush me . Felt very comfortable with him

George Urban is my primary care. Dr. Urban has cared for me over 35 years. When his schedule is unavailable I have seen Peggy Preidis Carrie McCabe Ashley all excellent thorough, listen attentively. Receptionists always accommodate last minute requests. Very efficient and helpful. Assistant Noell went the extra mile January 17, 2025 in advocating for me on an Rx glitch Walgreen’s issue and remedied the problem. 11 stars to Urbancare LLC. Thank you Team Urbancare!

Dr Kevin Cronin always takes the time and explains everything in great detail, we never feel rushed and he listens to us and provides great communication and is very warm and sincere. Our family has been seeing Dr. Cronin, at UrbanCare, for about 20 years. I've never had a better physician and would not ever be tempted to change to anyone else. Dr. Cronin is pleasant, he truly listens to his patients, and no one is ever rushed through an appointment. He is a wonderful diagnostician and has never failed to put any of our family members' mind at ease.
