Horrible!!!
A Ray of Hope and Dr. Bensal is the most unprofessional and careless physician I have ever had to deal with. The office sent a notice that they will no longer accept our insurance and we have 30 days from the date of the letter to receive care. A certified letter was mailed 1 day before the end of service date and was received 6 days after the end date. The office is refusing to refill the prescription while we are scrambling to find a new doctor. Unsafe, uncaring and unprofessional. Stay away!
