Knowledge but unfriendly bedside manner
I saw her for the first time to address my chronic neuropathic pain condition that I’ve had for 18 years. My chronic pain is beyond severe. She seemed up to date on the research which was great. However, I found her bedside manner to be very poor. I felt very judged by her and not truly listened to. I left feeling disappointed with my appointment. I hope she can become friendlier over time. Overall though, the Ray of Hope practice is great, I just didn’t have the best experience with this doctor.

My brother-in-law was found to be suddenly demented. She saw him rapidly and carefully went over his situation, insuring that a complete evaluation would be promptly performed. She kept the family apprised of the situation. She was very forthright and inspired confidence that she was in control of the situation and was very thorough She was clearly very concerned about his condition and wanted to be sure all possibilities were evaluated. I was very impressed. RK MD
