Oak Park Pediatrics

I Had an appt for my 17 month and when we arrived they had canceled our appt. Stated that they had tried to call me but had the wrong number. I had my child's last MD send her record so all they needed to do is look at them and find my number to call me. Then they told me that they were not taking new patients. When I asked how come I was allowed to make an appt. They said that the person that scheduled me the week before was not infomred of the updated policy. They were not currenlty taking sick or new pt until feb. When I called I made the appt to establish my child with this practice and she was also sick. By the time the appt come up my child had been sick for 4 days with a temp and because of their scheduling error I was being turned away with my sick child in arms and told to take her to urgent care.
