Dr. Elizabeth Thompson, MD

Dr. Thomson was kind, patient, attentive and collaborative. She made recommendations and cared for my children with consideration for them as a whole person and not politically motivated directives. She carefully assessed my children, listened to their input as well as ours as parents and used all of this information to make an informed and personalized plan for a course of treatment. She has been brave in using critical thinking, research, and outcomes to inform her practice and to reject and one size fits all approach. We are only at this practice because of the care she has given our children.

She is a courageous and delightful pediatrician who has exceptional critical thinking skills. She has fortitude, intellect, rational thought...she's and exceptional clinician. I'll be proud to call her "my doctor".

We left the practice because of Dr Thompson in 2019. She made statements that I wasn’t comfortable with. When it came out recently she’s vocally anti LGBT, anti immigrant, anti inclusive it made so much sense. We found a great loving Dr. It’s unfortunate after 8 years and 3 kids seeing her.

Not our regular doctor at the practice, but we did see her three or four times this past year. She was efficient and unexpectedly stern with our very active child. *** Most recently, this doctor publicly posted hate speech and promoted anti-LGBTQIA rhetoric via social media. If your child is part of the LGBTQIA community, please seek care from a physician/office where your child will be seen safely & without judgement.

She truly cares about the welfare of these children that she serves.

These reviews above are illegitimate. They were made on November 5th, the day after Dr. Elizabeth Thompson organized and held a political anti mask rally at an elementary school in Elmhurst where small children were just trying to get into school. Patients have every right to be aware of this woman’s actions.

Caring and thorough.

She is amazing - looks at issues from a whole child perspective and doesn’t employ the typical “one size fits all” pediatric dogma. If you want a doctor that truly cares about the health and well-being of your child, Dr. Thompson is the one to see.
