Disrespectful and inefficient
Waited two hours to only be seen by techs. Requested clarification on the delay so that I could reschedule: office and tech staff were dismissive and intentionally unclear. The more I requested clarification the longer I sat. I explained that I have a disabled child that I must retrieve at a certain time, they left me waiting another 15 minutes with no explanation. I had no choice but to leave. When I advised I was leaving there was no apology or concern for my safety considering they’d dilated and numbed my eyes. I feel battered, disrespected and ultimately unsafe. I will never recommend nor visit that practice
