Reception

I had an appointment to have my yearly pap. I checked in at reception, sat down and was shortly called back up. My appointment was made too early, before my year was up. The lady asked me if I wanted to call my insurance!? Why would I call my insurance? You are the ones who screwed up! I was scheduled incorrectly in the first place.
