I've been able to experience the care of three doctors at the Fishers office. I think that the doctors provide good responsiveness and care for anything that is immediately identifiable and can be taken care of quickly. However, when the prognosis is unclear, I feel that the standard of care can be improved. Instead of being specific when strategizing a care plan, I often was provided with suggestive items. Instead of being clear that the suggestive items would be the focus of a follow-up visit, I'd learn when coming in for the follow-up that I should have scheduled some supplemental services before my return. To make it plain, I made two office visits where I barely had a conversation with the doctors and things could have been managed through the office staff.
