Lack of professionalism
I had a frustrating experience at this doctor's office that I feel compelled to share. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. When I called to follow up on a referral, one employee laughed and said, “Oh sweetie, we get over 40 a day; we’ll get around to it.” That lack of professionalism was really off-putting.After waiting 2 ½ months for an appointment, I arrived only to be told I couldn’t use my digital insurance card, despite the office having verified my insurance beforehand. I’ve never encountered this issue anywhere else. Ultimately, I left without seeing the specialist. To top it off, as I walked out, the front desk employee laughed and made a comment to another patient about my situation. Overall, I do not recommend this office if you’re looking for respectful and professional service.

Highly Recommended But Hard to Get Appointment
Great group and passionate providers. However, the wait time to get an appointment is long. The only group in the city.

Communication is a problem
The nurse practitioners are great, but the doctor definitely has a bias in favor of males, as seen by the difference in how he treated me and my husband when he came with me. He also insisted I change my insurance to make it easier for him. Could not understand why I would want to accept the 'charity' of patient assistance programs. I cannot reach the office where I meet these providers directly, and most of the time, calls to the main office go unanswered. It has taken more than four months to get a change from one biologic to another, and that is mostly because of inability to communicate between offices or to reach the person in charge of the patient assistance. I stay because this is the only game in town and the NP's are great. But this practice could definitely be better in communication.
