DO NOT GO HERE! Disregarded at every turn, rushed through every appointment. Find another doctor who cares!! Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE!

He was just rude and wanted to rush me out. He was more concerned with what kind of insurance I had to make sure that the insurance rate was good. Once he saw that I had good insurance he started recommending all kinds of unnecessary procedures.

Its my first time ever giving him a review but I give this review with honor & appreciation. He has been caring, listening to me as his patient for years. He has always given me answers or explanations. He don’t watch the time when it comes to his patients because he understand some patients needs more time than others. I recommend him if you need a rheumatologist. He is definitely my favorite doctor! Professional and kind.

I am a new patient and am extremely appreciative of Dr. Kteleh's advice for diet and life-style modifications as an effective supplemental means of controlling inflammation and pain. Dr. Kteleh was genuinely interested in my sources of life stresses when I explained them to him. All staff were polite, gentle, and friendly.

Not pushy to change medicine...even put my shoe & sock on for me...good listener...staff all nice...lab work done after visit..I like this procedure..hope New Castle can keep this Dr...

I have noticed from an insider's point of view how caring this specialist is . Anytime I need help with a patient he is available to guide me, wherever/whenever he is at. Dr. Kteleh remembers the "details" and is easy to speak with. He does mention to us that we are here to help the patients.

He is a very caring and attentive Doctor who answered all my questions. He also found a medication that has relieved all of my lupus symptoms that I had been suffering with for several months. He has truly been my saving grace.

I highly recommend Dr Kteleh as he is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and understanding. I trust him in prescribing the right medicine for me, and I know if I have questions or concerns he will answer me. When I first saw him I was in so much pain and could barely walk. Once he prescribed me the right medication, I am feeling and doing so much better now. He keeps a close eye on me with running blood tests and does not hesitate to make any adjustments as needed. Overall, my experience with Dr. Kteleh has been disappointing. While he did provide me with a diagnosis and medicine that helps, he spends minimal time with me. This last visit was maybe 5 minutes. He’s kind, but he seems generally uninterested. His staff is also kind and honestly my favorite part of every visit. However, it has been impossible to get a hold of his office. I really tried to give him the benefit of doubt, but the communication is lacking. For me, good doctors make you feel cared for and important. Unfortunately, I did not feel this way with Dr. Kteleh.

Awesome visit and amazing staff!!!! He is extremely helpful in treating my concerns and his staff are amazing!!!! They put you at ease and make you feel like you are not alone and that there is "light at the end of the tunnel." He even has lab staff in his office to draw your labs and save a trip elsewhere!!!

Dr. Kteleh is a kind, caring and compassionate Physician. He truly takes the time during your visit to listen to your issues and help find the relief you need. Highly recommend him!!!!
