This company does not care about their patients. At all. Do not go here if you value your health. Horrible experience trying to get help for a neck injury. They scheduled an MRI for me 2 weeks from my initial appt, then a week after that appt I called to tell them my symptoms were getting worse. They said all they could tell me was to go to the hospital or wait for the MRI. Never gave any care instructions so I ended up in the ER the day after calling them, turns out it was just a strain and all I had to do was stretch. Doc couldn’t tell me to simply stretch apparently. Wasted money on ambulance, ER & CT scan due to baptist health incompetence. I am still experiencing concerning neurological symptoms so i kept my MRI appt…but then I find out they called my MRI to the wrong location. They told me I had to fix it with my insurance myself even tho they messed it up. I called 4 days in a row last week requesting a callback or information about rescheduling the MRI/help with insurance and n
