Laura was very compassionate and sensitive to my needs. After ordering tests for ongoing digestive issues I was correctly diagnosed and started treatment for EPI. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my messages via email after my initial visit. I particularly love the way she listens to me and spends a lot of time discussing my treatment during office visits.

In our experience (2 visits) Laura is dismissive, stares at her fingernails and sighs like she is bored while you try to give clinical history, and has no interest in helping you. Will point in your face and tell you it’s your job to advocate for your sick family member and call other doctors to keep continuity of care, not hers, and will basically shove you out the door. I’m unsure why anyone with this personality would ever join healthcare. The office is empty, after a 45 minute wait to get into appointment, no other patients came in the waiting room, nor were there folks in the actual offices being seen however it takes 4 months to get an appointment only to be treated like you’re a villain because you’re sick by laura and basically like you’re wasting her time. Please don’t take your loved ones to this woman. I’m sure she’s a nice person in real life but if you have an elderly loved one who is clearly Ill she will act like they’ve interrupted her important schedule to see her and treat them like a total nuisance. Plus every test she ordered she had to get cleared by the actual doctors in the office anyways. I hope she improves her bedside manor because the treatment my loved one received after 9 months of fighting for their life was just downright embarrassing for central Baptist hospital. Please do better laura.

Laura will make you feel badly no matter your problem. Instead of helping you she says “we all die some day”.

She has gone above and beyond to give me the best care! She is kind, genuine, and won’t rush you through your appointment! I’ve never had any issues getting in to see her or getting in touch with her on mychart.
