I have been here three or four times. Anna is who I usually saw. I didn't get anywhere with my masks after trying two totally different types. I paid a lot of money for nothing and last but not least, when I see Anna in the office, I have a 25.00 copay. She got COVID so my appt had to be scheduled to a telephone appt. I got charged 60.00 because my insurance doesn't pay for "Phone Calls". I had no idea I was going to be charged that. It wasn't a true telehealth call because there was no video done. Any other telehealth calls would have been covered. I was told by a billing person they were going to delete the charge only to get another bill and calling them and saying they weren't. This place is truly ripping people off. I paid all of this money for a machine I couldn't use and changes of masks because I couldn't wear them. It's a joke!
