I have never been treated so rudely on the phone in my life. The women actually cursed at me and told me I was crossing a line.. when I said there prescription process was ridiculous.. When I went into the office to see Amy for my appointment,, the woman still gave me problems.,... I apologized to Amy who is a great NP but this place is a mess

I did not have a problem with my provider at all- however, my provider is now leaving the practice, and I was told first that I would be seen by the new incoming NP and the appointment would take about an hour so that the new provider could get to know me. When I called this month for my medication, I was told that I “wasn’t being absorbed into the practice” and that I was told in January to find a new provider. That did not happen. The person I had this argument with I have had runs with before, and people have complained in reviews that they are very controlling and rather rude and unprofessional. If a patient is being dropped from a practice, there is a process that a provider will follow, including sending the patient a letter of termination . None of this happened… And in fact, I was told that I would be scheduled with a new provider because mine had left. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I was flat out lied to by this person in the front reception.

These people are the worst. I have a daughter who is doing very badly & her grandfather, my father had just died and the woman -the psychiatric nurse Audrey was just awful in the session. She showed zero understanding or even a desire to be with my daughter where she was in the moment. She was impatient, she requested confidential documents that I sent her and then they told us that we weren’t a good fit-all bc my daughter had a hard 1st session. I do not recommend Audrey she is terrible with people: punitive, nasty and rude. I will put this review everywhere bc I don’t want anyone else dealing with her. She’s a terrible person and I think I’m going to complain about her officially.
