Made an app in Feb for new glasses. Wrong script 2 times. Went back third time and now it is middle of April and still waiting for glasses. OCB is not the same as ye Health. Never had this issue when Dr Wasson was there. Thank goodness they weren't doing any kind of surgery. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They change appointments without notification and without consulting. They change appointments at the last minute. The bedside manner of the doctor is horrible. It's like a factory where they don't care about the patient at all. Rude service providers. They don't care about the patients and aren't helpful at all. Avoid at all costs.

The merger of Eye Health and OCB is not going well. Called to confirm my annual eye exam. Had the appointment card in hand. Guess I am not important to them.They lost the appointment and do not know when it can be rescheduled. Poor customer service. I would NOT recommend Eye Health/OCB at this time. You are not important to them. Go elsewhere!
