Discouraged and disappointed
Our healthcare services in the US are a joke. The receptionist was cold and treated me like an infant, while the Nurse Practitioner seemed to expect me to know all the information of the various medications she offered. They were not able to even schedule the procedure they recommended. No empathy or warmth, just hurry up and get the f out of here. They also gave my daughter a coloring activity while she was in the middle of lunch, without asking her parent, which disrupted me trying to get my kid to eat. I hope others have a better option of places to seek help from for gastrointestinal issues.

Rude, staff...
Almost impossible to make a return appointment. Scheduler does not call you back and leaves notes she 'tried to call.' Not true. Read other reviews on the internet... People calling five or six times just for a prescription. There is a serious problem here that needs to be reported to the Medical Licensing Bureau. The inept staff are playing with people's lives and health.

Very unreliable
My husband and I are both active patients and are consistently frustrated at the lack of communication and follow-through. If you need something be prepared to call several times and wait weeks to hear back.
