Dr. Weiter is great!
Dr. Weiter has been checking my retinas each year for the past 10 years and I'm always treated professionally, competently and courteously by he and his excellent staff. My ophthalmologist, Dr. Robert Kellan, who I've visited each year since 1970, referred me to Weiter as he was concerned about the health of my retinas, which so far are doing well!

Horrible cataract outcome
Had cataract surgery with this consult group. Correction of night vision issue and distance no longer correctable by glasses. Surgeon stated could achieve this but would need reading glasses. Acceptable. Post surgery: 3 ft max distance clarity. Surgeon never met with me to talk about the outcome. An astigmatism was noted by follow up dr as issue which was never recognized as a possible problem pre surgery. Ended my job as hockey referee. My advice to others is to be more diligent in selecting a group. They are your eyes and the dr should care about them as much as you.
