Pembroke Office. Ordered glasses in optical shop. Bi-focals with a prism (new for me). Just under $400. After 4 sets of lenses that were incorrect. I gave up and went elsewhere where I purchased glasses that were perfect. But I'm out a lot of $$ Heres the scenario: 1. First lenses had no prism. Took my doc and the specialist 2 moths to discover this 2. Second lenses - Bi-focal too high 3. Third lenses - Bi-focal too low-couldn't read anything 4. 4th lenses - they used an old prescription Went elsewhere. Although I have been a patient at Eye Health for YEARS, not sure I can go back there. The Optical Shop is part of Eye Health-Opthalmic Consultants. Sad...(and expensive) after so many years as a patient.
