Absolutely horrible experience. My primary care doctor and the pediatrician are excellent.Nevertheless, I just dislocated my patella for the second time, and I am with so much pain in both my knees.I just wanted my primary care doctor to send a referral to an authopedic surgeon outside the Relient Medical Group. The referral office flat out refused to send a referral and asked me to go see a specialist within the relient medical group only. I have read horrible reviews about the authopedic doctor they are sending me to. I am extremely unhappy and upset about this medical group and how they try to keep their patients within their group and not thinking about the well being of the patient for simply to make money out of the insurance. I would prefer to change my primary care provider and the pediatrician and get out of the Relient Medical Group in the near future.Absolutely horrible customer services at this group's referral office.
