Dr. Sarah Gyllstrom, MD

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gyllstrom. She is always friendly, I never feel rushed or like my concerns aren't valid. She cares so much about her patients and it shows. I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to wait what I would consider to be too long.

I've only had great experiences with Dr. Gyllstrom. She's thorough, cares a great deal about her patients, is always willing to spend time to answer my questions, and helps me focus on the most important parts of parenting. I'm not sure what the 1 star review is all about; sounds like the reviewer is high maintenance and kind of crazy. I mean Dr offices are always backed up, usually through no fault of the Dr. FWIW, I've never had to wait to be seen by Dr. Gyllstrom.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I felt like this woman was a baby factory. We’ve seen her 3 times with our newborn, wanted 40+ minutes each time, had to take on call appointments for a newborn appointment, and felt rushed the entire time. She couldn’t remember if she’s cauterized my 14 day old baby’s umbilical cord (she’s only ever been to the doctor once, it’s not like her chart was too long to read before entering the room), forgot entirely to tell a FTM who exclusively breastfeeds that I should be giving my newborn vitamin D drops and caused absolute paranoia about my baby’s weigh gain. I would never recommend this physician to anyone.

Dr. Gyllstrom is extremely easy to talk to and doesn't make me feel like i'm overreacting when I ask her a million questions about my son. She is an excellent doctor!

She is such a fantastic doctor. We are lucky to have her as the doctor for our son and our daughter. She is very knowledgeable and extremely caring and kind.

She was wonderful. Listened to all our concerns and responded with different ways to help. Called after hours and on weekends and either she or a nurse ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Never felt like I was overreacting.
