Staff is awful
I see Dr. Levitt who is absolutely fantastic. However his office staff and office manager couldn't care less about the patients. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get the office to obtain a prior authorization for my Humira because I have new insurance and they still haven't done it. The girl who does the prior authorizations and the office manager will not call me back no matter how many messages I leave. I'm missing my dose of Humira this week which means I'm going back to excruciating pain every day and they don't care. I'd give zero stars if I could.
