Dismissed Warning Signs of Bigger Issues

I went to see krystene wray to establish care and share some ongoing symptoms I had been having. After sharing my symptoms and my reactions to various types of birth control, and she decided my symptoms were 'not an inconvenience and didn't warrant additional testing or seeing a specialist'. Fast forward 9 months, my symptoms have continued and worsened, and I finally got the testing I needed to diagnose thyroid and pituitary issues. Had my symptoms not been ignored and dismissed, I could have been diagnosed much sooner. Krystene's solution was to push forms of birth control I already had bad reactions to and did not offer any helpful solutions or suggestions. She even sent me home with a brochure for an IUD I already had removed because of how badly my body reacted to it.If you're looking to fill a script for birth control, you're probably fine, but if you have bigger concerns, take yourself elsewhere. They won't listen.
