Unthoughtful Front Desk Staff
My wife drove over an hour (we live over 70 miles away) only to be turned away for being 2 minutes past the 15-minute window she had to arrive. She left 1/2 hour early to account for traffic, but there must have been an accident. She called ahead and let them know that she might be a couple of minutes late, but when she got there she was turned away. She called me in tears, she had taken off work, and as we have just moved to the area, she had already waited a couple of months to get it. They told her it would take over a month to get her back in. I am so disappointed in healthcare when this kind of thing happens. It feels so uncaring. No matter how good the Doctors may be, their front desk staff and how they interact is just as important. I hope someone from your office will follow up and make things right.

Nice group of Doctors, however, front office staff is rude, terrible to deal with. Difficult to get appointment with provider that I want. The biggest issue with this practice is that they are not allowing dads, significant others or family to be with new moms in the office due to COVID. All other practices in NC are open except this one. Time to move on from COVID restrictions. Not fair to have moms and dads miss out on these very special experiences. Need to return to normalcy or I will move to any another practice in the area where I can have my freedom back.
