Horrible, never ending experience
I don’t even know where to start. They canceled my first visit without ever contacting me. I showed up and the doctor wasn’t there. I rescheduled. After 4 people telling me they took my insurance, I received a bill for the entire visit. It turns out they don’t take my insurance. This has been an ongoing battle for months now. I don’t recommend the office. We liked the doctor, but after the entire billing/office experience, we will never be back.

Billing practices are overly aggressive and unfair
Physician’s and staff were fine but the billing practices for this clinic are truly egregious. In my experience the practice billed the insurance incorrectly then sent to collections less than three months from date of service. I understand the practices need to collect on services but this quick trigger to send to collection agency shows little to no care or consideration for their patients. What makes this even more infuriating is the fa t that it was their billing error in the first place and the office was notified by patient of the issue promptly.
