I first notice how friendly, the Customer Care representatives at the intake counter were, and how Ms. Jameka Goins remembered my name throughout the entire visit, and the facility atmosphere was very nice. I felt very reassured I had made the right choice in selecting Oak Street Health Gate City for my medical concerns. I was quickly assisted with a Service Coordinator who provided me with in-depth information about all the Oak Street services, my options and my the Care Team., she never rushed the meeting and took time to answer my questions. My Doctor and her Team was very professional, very polite and I felt Doctor Harris sincerely will provide the best care for me that she can give, The Lab Team I was also impressed with as she made sure I did not suffer any discomfort during the procedure. I was offered snacks, and at the end of the visit I given a Care-Team package with my visit information, and welcoming gifts, it was very great experience., I highly recommend Oak Street
