Terrible We have called this doctor numerous times / she never calls back!!! I called last Wed/ she was not in Did not call Thurs Fri office was closed Now she is away til next Monday …. 10 days!

This review is not for all of SMG but specifically for imaging department. I recently had a mammogram and breast ultrasound done at the Livingston, NJ office and have to say it is the most inefficiently run office. My initial visit took close to 2 hours. Mammogram was quick in and out, but had to wait long for the ultrasound. At the appointment I reminded them to take as many images as needed as I did not want to be called back, as per my experience in 2018. I was called again for follow up. This total time I was in their office was unbelievable 3 hours. I waited hour and half before being seen by the ultrasound technician and that too after requesting them that I had to leave for my work followed by child pick up. As much as I understand that every breast examination can be different than other, I simply cannot understand, why I had to wait for 3 hours for a follow up appointment, where I was only told they will need additional images. 2 days & still can’t get through public relations
