Horrible front desk staff
I had a deeply disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this office. They used extremely disrespectful language including derogatory terms. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is shocking. Patients turn to healthcare providers not only for medical expertise but also for a safe, respectful environment that prioritizes their well-being. When a staff member behaves in such a disrespectful manner, it erodes trust and undermines the compassionate care that patients should rightfully expect. In a setting where empathy, attentiveness, and respect should be the norm, such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire practice
