The doctors are very thorough on your visit whether it's on the phone or in person. MJ is a delight to talk to on the phone. They are always on point with your appointments and concerns if you should have any. I am very happy that I have found Azz Medical Associates.

Zero stars should be an option. They are completely unprofessional. They make appointments without even asking you and charge your insurance for appointments you did not have. There are no in-person appointments in Ewing, and the tele appointments are not virtual. You get called by an assistant asking what you need and a provider rarely if ever calls you. There is no follow-up care. They don't properly put in paperwork to get medical supplies. If you need letters for work, school, disability etc... they will not send them until you make multiple appointments with them so they can charge you and your insurance again. They make a lot of billing "errors". You can forget about proper screenings. They don't care unless you ask and when you have concerns their providers tell you to "Google it". Complain? You can try, but you will be disrespected. They clearly have no intention of improving because money, not patient care is priority. Your health WILL suffer with this practice. RUN!
