This place is completely unprofessional, if I could give zero stars I would, Staff is completely rude, and will hang up on you with no hesitation, appointments are never on time, and good luck trying to refill your prescription, they switch your appointment days and times all the time , and don’t even bother to tell you, It feels like they will call you whenever it’s convenient for them, apparently what ever appointment they “schedule” you for, it’s meaningless because it’s a hit or a miss , you will receive 3rd world country treatment , they get an attitude when you try to address the problem and will hang up on you with the quickness, I don’t know how this place is still in business, they should have their medical license revoked !!!

Going to AZZ for over 7 years but will now change my primary. Tried to make appointment online. I was called the next day with them trying to make it a telephone appointment. I refused because I hadn’t been seen in a long time in person. I was transferred to some other person who also tried to make it a telephone appt. I refused again and set the appt for the next week. That morning I received a phone call confirming my appt. I get there at my set time and I’m told the dr wasn’t in! For one thing I wasn’t seeing a dr. She is a nurse practitioner. Why confirm an appt when you know she wasn’t in? No, I didn’t want to see someone else. My daughter also had an appt and went during her work day and was also told that the dr wasn’t in. Usually good practice would be to call clients to reschedule- not have them show up! The people who do call are very hard to understand- not native English speakers. Since they have expanded to so many offices their customer service has gone down hill
