The doctor never showed up
I got COVID, asked for a quick appointment for a prescription. I got a telehealth appointment after office hours with an assurance that they'd send the link 15 minutes before. 10 minutes after, I called the office and the answering service has no idea what is going on. I have no idea what is going on and I've got a 5-day window to take antivirals - this has been going on for 2.This is my second bad experience trying to get an emergency appointment. IDK if they got bought out by a private equity firm or what, but this is unacceptable.
