Worst Healthcare Experience - Avoid at All Costs My experience with Dr. Sonia Deora and her staff has been nothing short of a nightmare. The scheduling process is abysmal. The phone lines are perpetually busy, and no matter how many times you try to reach them, you are either left on hold indefinitely or your calls are ignored. On the rare occasion you manage to leave a message, don’t expect a call back – it simply never happens. The lack of follow-up is appalling. After lab tests or consultations, there is absolutely no effort from Dr. Deora to provide results, guidance, or next steps. This leaves patients in the dark, anxious, and with no clarity on their health status. It's a complete failure in basic patient care and communication. Additionally, the staff is unprofessional and unorganized. They fail to provide timely updates, and any attempt to resolve concerns is met with indifference. The overall environment feels chaotic and uncaring, which is incredibly disheartening for anyone seeking medical care. Healthcare requires trust, communication, and empathy – none of which are present here. Patients deserve respect and attention, not to be ignored and neglected. I would never recommend Dr. Sonia Deora to anyone. This practice is a prime example of how not to run a healthcare facility.

Worst Dr ever
Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. No on call support for issues that one can't go to ER. Cant understand how can a Primary care office function like this ? When you are with the Doctor staff come in and try preempt the visit saying other patients are waiting. It was not like this few years ago. One can't trust this office with one's health.

The Front Desk is THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE, more like dis-service, IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! And, I have travelled and lived in many countries of the world. I waited -5 years-holding myself to just give them chances ..to improve ..but ALAS! They are just NOT IMPROVING?!?!?! The worst ever front desk ppl I have ever come across from any industry. And it's not easy fir me to write all this- because I'm not that type who would judge ppl. I kept on waiting ..that one day they will improve ..I didn't even have an account here.. but this time due to their consistent unprofessional manners . I made myself open an account to just let - the ppl know, the ppl of the hospitality and service industry know .... tht these doctors are just sitting to eat the money - but give no ABSOLUTE NO SERVICE to the patient. They - doing pick up the call for hours... for days.... miraculously when they do- they put us on hold for another endless wait ...n then they do not have any updated info abt d patien

She is horrible. Did not listen to the symptoms and made assumptions to completely misdiagnose. Had to go to urgent care and found out the reason I was not well. She was hiding at the back and didn’t come out. Staff was rude and kept lying. Found out from so many others that she misdiagnosed patients and does the same thing by hiding or going to the other office in Edison for awhile. Do not go to them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Deora for many years. She is very thorough, caring and understanding, and easy to talk to. She is also a good listener and is very interested in helping her patients. In my opinion, the patient also needs to take charge of his/her own health by asking her a lot of questions which she would take the time to answer. Good doctor but her admin staff is highly inexperienced, not well-managed and leave a lot to be desired.

Total Rip off of your money. Got a $250 bill for a regular visit, when called in to discuss the bill got different answers in 6 times. - Been visiting this office for our family needs for the past 5 years. - Depends on the number of minutes you spend with the doctor and service rendered. (BP Check up and Antibiotics, what additional services are they talking about) - Billing department you were billed as a new patient that is why you got that bill, doctor alone can correct the bill. - Doctor's office Operator 1 - Explained the billing issue, let me check the minutes spent by the doctor and no update on that then say its insurance. After couples of minutes she takes my contact info and says will discuss with doctor and provide you an update on the bill. - Almost a week later no update for exact similar service by other physician got a bill of $75.
