This year, my husband and I have been on a difficult medical journey and our only saving grace has been Dr. Gowda! I especially like Dr Gowda because she listens to you, and she makes you feel as though you are her only patient as she gives you 100% of herself. She is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional cardiologist.This past year, Dr. Gowda diagnosed my husband with afib. She performed two cardioversions, an ablation and changed his medication to put his heart in rhythm. She explained thoroughly and confidently the procedures he needed. We were scared, and as I held my husband’s hand, it was her mannerisms and assurances that alleviated a lot of apprehension both for me and my husband.I would highly recommend her to family and friends because being a doctor is not a job; it is a vocation!
