The doctor I’ve been seeing there is excellent. However, the office staff is downright rude, cold, and abusive. The minute I walked into the office, one lady snapped that I needed a mask (she didn’t even say hello, much less smile). Instead of waiting till I got up to the desk and offering me one, she snapped from across the room. P.S. hers was worn improperly, below her nose. The other lady then told me i was late for my appointment. I arrived at exactly 12:30, which was what they told me, but they mistakenly wrote down 12. Rather than apologize they blamed me! Not a drop of warmth or compassion the whole time. I waited an hour hoping to be seen, then rescheduled. To prevent a repeat of their mistake I snapped a shot of the appointment card, and the one lady rudely demanded: “What do you think you’re doing?” I don’t go to the doctor to be abused and bullied, so I snapped back. She summoned her boss/friend who sided with her and threatened me! Treating patients like trash.
