Unsympathetic Service

I faced an astounding lack of accountability today the below listed appointment:'New patient tubal litigation consult McFadden; Womans Pelvic Care 6621 Gulton CT ne 87109; Jan 22 2024 at 10 am 20 min early checkin'where I was scheduled for a surgical consultation for a tubal litigation with Dr. Brook McFadden who according to the website is specialized 'in vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries'. Instead I was met with a papsmear set up and Dr. Alana Williams, a provider who was unaware of my purpose and unfit to serve my needs as a patient. I inquired if I'd be able to see the surgery provider in my scheduled appointment time since the misunderstanding was the clinics. Dr. Alana Williams was unable to make any assurances or amends to me the patient and made it clear I would have to reschedule the appointment at the mercy of the clinics booking. This is an unacceptable resolution to me because I waited over three months for this consultation today... (read on @ google review)
