Bella Vida Healthcare Clinic

My husband and I have both had wonderful care with Twila Reider. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Twila answered all our questions and got our prescriptions to the pharmacy promptly--even on her day off. We were able to schedule appointments at our convenience, the staff is friendly and efficient. We are grateful to be able to have confidence in our health care with Twila and Bella Vida.

I have had to call the past 2 days to get blood work results that I have had for 5 days and I still can't get the doctor that it's not listed in the provider list to call me back

If I could give this no stars I would. My granddaughter is sick and my daughter took her into the Bella Vida in Los Lunas near the animal clinic today and the doctor there was horrible. She was rude, sarcastic and very unprofessional. She seemed like she did not even wanna check my granddaughter. Hey, if you do not like your job then get a different profession. We do not need doctors like that. We need someone that we can feel comfortable with and that is going to check us thoroughly and do everything they can to get the care a person needs. Someone needs to check this doctor and evaluate whether or not she belongs in this field. We will NOT be going back. Someone needs to check this whole clinic they did not even give us paperwork or have us sign consent forms.
