Nevada Health Centers are uncaring and dishonest. Nevada Health Centers state that they take my insurance. Well, they don't, really. According to my bill, Nevada Health Centers are in-network, but did not sign a contract, so I have to pay $157 for a visit to a Physician's Assistant. I was told repeatedly that I was making an appointment to see a doctor.The "doctor" was a $157 P.A. I got another bill for $157 for a telephone visit to the same PA. That time, I spoke to a woman who allegedly was a doctor. She sounded sympathetic and caring. She told me it was important that I get care from a primary care doctor and keep all my records within Nevada Health Centers. She promised that she would have someone call me. She was a lying hypocrite- I never heard back from them. I sent Nevada Health Centers a copy of this review, to give them a chance to respond before I posted it. The PA said she would forward it to her office manager. That was 2 weeks ago, I have not heard from them.
